Tecsystem was founded in Italy in 1980. Nowadays, the company is a leading manufacturer of temperature controllers for drives, motors,
generators and transformators.
The headquarters are based in Cesano Boscone, Italy. Sixty employees work on designing and producing high-end products.
Tecsystem's products are used in: railroad, aviation, marine transport, veriety of automation systems. More than a milliom products have been sold since.
Temperature control for electric systems.
Tecsystem produces temperature control devices for disel and biogas generators. These systems also control bearing rings, emissions level, grease and cooling liquid levels. All parameters shown on LCD monitor. Micro processors provide easy and fast information analisys. However, these systems do not control only temperature parameters for drives and motors. There is a solution for controlling up to 12 channels, with temperature parameters from -40 to 240 C.
Temperature control for transformators.
Today, precission temperature sensors replacing classic machanic devices. These sensors are mounted directly on a tranformator. Company's catalogue offers devices to control temperature in transformators and cooling systems. PT100 interfaces help to control temperature inside and outside of a transformator. Control systems come with safety relays, PT100 interface with Bluetooth transmitter and infrared sensors, which help to control temperature without direct contact. Also, special devices with Modbus RS485 interfaces allow controlling temperature remotely.
Forced cooling systems.
Big cooling fans help to keep acceptable temperature range, which keeps transformators from overload. Tecsystem can provide such systems for any required transformator. All systems come with energy saving modules.
