Gutekunst Federn was founded in 1964. Springs of the highest quality and bent details of a wire with round cross section are the products which the company entered the world market with .
Production, creation or selection of springs by special orders of buyers are possible thanks to the high qualification of employees, developments of the special software and experience of many years. Gutekunst Federn works in the areas of Germany and France now.
The company has 5 factories that employ 250 workers. Every day, there are producesd about 2000000 units of products. More than a million customers around the world are using the products of the company. In 1969 there was founded the first group of warehouses. In 1978 there was built a factory in the Germany, in the town Metzingen. The French office opened in 1997. The year 2001 was marked by the completion of the construction of complexes for the logistics and warehousing of products in Metzingen, where in 2012 was built one more factory. In 2003 the company has got ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
Production of the company
The Gutekunst Federn catalog counts 5474 types of compression springs. There are both standard sizes of DIN 2098, and a set of goods with intermediate sizes which are made of a wire with diameter is from 0.1 to 12 mm.
The springs are presented in the catalog of 4781 varieties and names. This types are offered in standard and intermediate sizes made of wire with a diameter of 0.1 to 12 mm. For the production of products is also used stainless steel.
Torsion springs counts 1600 dimensional types, and as well as in the previous catalogs, are presented by standard and specializes.
Except springs, the company offers sealing rings, double torsion springs, a steel wire in rolls, steel preparations for a wire, buffer springs, safety clips, retaining rings, spring rings, elastic washers and other products of the same appointment are presented.
